The Alchemy Station is a structure with three item slots. If you drop three certain items into the slots, it will create a specific potion. It costs 1 Sapphire to build and must be built on a Medium Building Plot.

3 Corn = MaxStamina Potion (Increases max stamina by 1)

3 Apples = Health Potion (Restores all health)

3 Green Mushrooms = MaxHealth Potion (Increases max health by 10)

3 Red Mushrooms = Jump Potion (Temporarily increases jump height, duration around 5 minutes)

3 Rubies = MaxHunger Potion(Increases max hunger by 1)

3 Java Melons = MaxThirst Potion (Increases max thirst by 1)

3 Cactus Fruits = Speed Potion (Temporarily increases speed)

Note:

Health Potion heals you, and doesn't increase the maximum HP you have.
